I sprained my ankle and wont be able to play - you will have to miss my young gazelle-like running this week. Hopefully next week. In worst case scenario, if you need somebody standing around on the field I could come, then it would be great if someone could pick me up on their way in friendship heights...Just let me know then...

I am sorry but there is not anything for kids in the metro DC area. Some of us have tried to do something, but nothing materialized. As far as I know, this is the only adult innebandy in the DC area and it has been like that for 25 years. Most of the players are expats, mainly Swedes.
