Frank, I understand that Montgomery schools have early closing today because of hard wind and rain this PM. Do you know if the school will be open tonight?

Yes. Unfortunately, it is cancelled. Earlier it said that it was on even though schools were closing early. I guess when it doesn't snow then they need to reach their quota by cancelling because of rain.
